Very pleasant on the eye and boots up fast but its speed is spoilt by frequent screen freezes and fatal excepion reports. puzzled by the lack of a serial number and lack of online information, contacting seller.

I bought the green one, only worked one day, as when we needed to charge the laptop, we found out that the Charging didn’t worked. What was a ashame as we liked the model of this laptop etc. We learned one thing, before you buy a product go to reviewer score, and if the 5 star is over 50%, than it is safe to buy the product! Hopefully in the future they can make this brand better!

Fab wee laptop, fab colour, great spec… Except… The processor wasn’t enough for the programmes I needed to run as a photograper. PS & LR & Topaz. So unfortunately, I had to return this, that’s why just 3 stars.
But, it does come with a mouse & mat & comes with Office loaded on, so for a Uni student or something, I think it’d be great

Well I was looking for a cheap notebook to serve as a glorified typewriter but was plesently surprised that microsoft office was already installed and the newest version! Starts up quickly and quite impressed frankly with the device despite the terrible english on the warranty form. It gave me a chuckle anyway. Although the mouse it came with was not useable ,the charger cable is too short to use while plugged, headphones are decent quality but cheap to feel. A plesent purchase overall.

Bought this on Friday, received Saturday, so amazing delivery time, well packaged, very well actually, no scuffs, no marks, like it’s just come off the display front so can’t fault them there.
The laptop is kinda sluggish but having gotten use to higher spec PCs that could just be a personal thing, it’s perfectly fine for the average user.
The fault I have, is once you do your first system update…your Windows Operating System Key is no longer valid and it requests you to activate it…this wouldn’t be an issue but there is no Serial Number provided on purchase and other than spending £219.99 on a new code myself…which is more than half the cost for the damn laptop itself?!??! No, either the OS provided is Trial/Pirated or you can never update the system once you start it up, either way it completely defeats the point of having a “Personalised” computer as you lose out on personalised features.
Currently awaiting contact from the distributer about receiving a new OS code but I’m very…very doubtful they will and so I’ll be returning this, it’s a shame, because it’s a beautiful little laptop.

Bought this for our daughter, an inexpensive laptop to watch her disney films on. The picture quality is brilliant and the laptop itself is beautiful in shell blue with rainbow lit keyboard. Sound is perfect too. Fantastic value.
