Laptop is as expected based on the quality rating, clean, no visible damage or marks, works fine. Battery life is somewhat reduced from what you’d get a on a new one of these, but I didn’t expect they’d put an entirely new battery in and I mostly use it on mains power anyway. Lot of laptop for the price if you don’t mind buying used.

The laptop itself is amazing. And for £279.99 who can complain taking it that it’s brand new sell price is £1000. The laptop itself is like new condition. Yes it has a few scrapes and tiny chips, but it is in very good condition. The reviews on the laptop definitely were worrying. But they seemed to only comment on the refurbishing side of things, and not the laptop itself. Took the risk and definitely worth it. It seems to be hit or miss depending on the quality of laptop you get back, but very happy. Feels heavy, but the full metal body makes it feel high quality and the light up keyboard is a very nice touch. The speakers themselves are very good quality surprisingly, and the fast charging is a life saver. Very happy.

Arrived in good time considering I live in Spain.
Excellent laptop no scratches as new.
Only problem was the charger, It did not look like an original charger when connected light flickered and would not charge.
Contacted Amazon and they offered a replacement but I had to return the laptop as well as the charger.
I decided to keep the Laptop. I have a surface go and I just alternate the charger when I need to.

Incredibly disappointed in the quality of this refurbished item – as others have said arrived dirty and far from the excellent condition promised. Keys worn to the point that the print and colour gas worn off. Something sort of paint or adhesive stuck to the space-bar.
Lastly it was terribly packaged on a box far too large for this laptop so the whole thing slid up and down which was not very inspiring.
What a let down – don’t bother. Seriously how hard is it to clean the laptop?
