This laptop was purchased for nothing more than Internet browsing but I’m sorry to say it isn’t even up to this simple task. The initial installation was easy enough but as soon as it started updating Windows 10 it was struggling , it took so long I almost gave up.
Eventually it was up to date but as soon as I stated using the internet it got slower and slower. I checked Task Manager (which struggled to open) and noted the CPU was struggling to cope. I suspect it was overheating as I couldn’t hear the fan running. There is also a problem with either the speaker or the sound driver as sound would cut out intermittently. Laptop is being returned as it is useless. I can’t comment on any features as I didn’t get that far.
