Poor design
Screen hinge is already broken. This is common design flaw with laptops. Opening causes bottom lip of lid to bind and place more pressure on the hinge. This eventually pulls screws out of the lid. Now, go buy another laptop, rinse repeat. Must all be part of the plan!
Concept: Affix 4) 3/8″ (10mm) rubber feet that add necessary loft which will allow lid to open without additional force. As can be seen, Dell’s 2mm rubber feet do not give bottom case of laptop enough to clear hinge lid from being forced when opened.

Works like it should, pretty fast for the money
The previous Dell I purchased for this price was very slow.
This one is much faster due to the processor speed and SSD.

65 Watt laptop comes with a 5 Watt charger
The Laptop itself seems OK right now. It is a little slow but would work as my away from the office machine IF it had a 65 Watt charger. 5 Watts not only takes so long to charge that it has to be plugged in more than not making it not very portable and it will eventually damage the batteries. If I can’t get a resolution to this I will have to return it. Very disappointed.

Very nice laptop
My old laptop has slowed to a crawl and the battery is dead so I decided to treat myself to new Dell. I am happy that I did. The screen clarity is much better and the speed is awesome.
The price was better than buying direct from Dell, which is always good.
I have no complaints.

Replacement
This is the replacement for another pc that I had to return because it was defective. I have been happy with this one. The only thing and I did not notice until I received the pc. It is not touch screen. I do miss that.

Bought this and it wasn’t as good as I’d hoped as it wasn’t charged when I first got it and it was very slow once I’d downloaded all of the things I needed. I tried to return and the company tried to say that I returned the item damaged! They stated that I’d given them a different laptop back – awful and wouldn’t recommend at all
