Received this on time, when turned on, the internal speaker was making a ‘pop’ noise when speaker was toggled on and off and also randomly with no reason. Was very worried but help was on the Acer web site. I had to uninstall all the sound driver software s through device manager and re install the previous version of realtec audio driver which can be found on Acer web site support . Huge relief.

Great machine, works really well but be warned, if you ever need to upgrade the RAM, it is NOT DDR4 as stated in the description, it’s DDR5 as I found to my cost after ordering the wrong computer chips
