Turn it on and basically the whole thing was broken after a hour of use. Screen had lines across it, issue with graphics card and basically performance was poor considering the price for that one hour. Poor customer service as well from trying to arrange replacement and ended up with refund eventually…

I only had this laptop for a couple of days because it would randomly shut down and restart but while it did work it was pretty good. It seemed to handle Cyberpunk 2077 with no problem.
The screen was nice and crisp and is a good size with a good resolution for non-gaming applications like Photoshop/Lightroom and Fusion 360. I didn’t notice the battery being anything special but being 90 Watt Hours and using AMD chips I would imagine it being pretty good.
The weight isn’t bad for a laptop of this size and it seemed to keep relatively cool, I didn’t notice it get too hot to be uncomfortable to touch.
You can upgrade the RAM and M.2 SSD no problem should you feel the need so that’s handy.

I didn’t even use the laptop because upon unboxing the charger pack is so insanely huge and heavy and the cord that plus into the port is not long enough. It’s less than 4 feet from the power pack to the port meaning the weight of the power pack pulls the laptop down as not long enough to sit on the floor.
I mostly use my device whilst sitting in bed but power pack doesn’t reach the floor and will inevitably pull the laptop off the bed. Also no good if sitting at a desk as power pack similarly cannot rest on the floor. No idea why it was designed in this way. Sadly going to be returning straight away due to this weird design flaw.

Sent it back straight away, was filthy, thought maybes just the outside, then removed the bottom panel and it was all inside aswell, in the hinge in all the small gaps and cracks. Disgusting. Ordered another one as the laptop itself, performances and build quality is fantastic, a really nice laptop

5.0 out of 5 stars Comes with a RAM downgrade, I’m afraid
just to let you (mostly) guys know, my laptop purchased in May 2022 came with the slower, downgraded RAM configuration (x2 rx16 8GB), the ‘rx16’ bit being the problem. I’d seen this prior to buying the laptop, but thought that the supply issues underlying it were a mid 2021 problem – reviews and forums elsewhere report having faster stock RAM since ~September 2021. Unfortunately my laptop also came with the slower RAM, and so I’ve bought another faster kit (2x rx8 8GB). If I were you, I’d contact the seller – especially around this time (May 2022) – and ask whether they know which RAM configuration the laptop comes with, else you’ll have to fork out another £60 like I had to, assuming you also want to get the best out of it, which is ~20% fps increase. Conversely, you could purchase/try your luck elsewhere.
Having said that, this laptop is still a beast and worth every penny. It performs better than RTX 3070 (mobile) on virtually every game if ignoring the perks of DLSS, and just below the 3080 – though better in some games/video editing programs. If even acknowledging the perks of DLSS, which you won’t get, the price difference easily makes the ‘compromise’ worthwhile.
When I bought this to replace my old laptop with a GTX 1660Ti, I thought initially it was merely an impulse-buy, but the performance difference is wild. pretty stoked on this thing.

I got it through amazon warehouse, so got a nice deal on it. It handles games extremely well. On a laptop stand it stays nice and cool. On performance mode, the battery can work for 3-5 hours, which is great for office work. Keyboard looks very cool, too. All in all, very happy with it.
