Network adapter loses connectivity
The laptop frequently loses connectivity when it sleeps. Restarting the laptop is ineffective, because it hangs on restart. In my family, there are 3 laptops, 3 tablets, 3 smart-phones, and a television that uses the internet. None of them lose connectivity. Attempted working with support for the issue, but after several hours, no closer to a resolution. Returned for a refund.

Lightning fast and built to last!
Though it requires a bit of time to set up fully, it basically is ready out of the box to do anything that you wish it to do and it’ll do it very well and very quickly while providing you with great video and audio. The components in it should buy one some time before they need to look for a replacement. A masterfully engineered and built computer! Atop all of this that I stated, all true and written long before what I am about to further say, I am also receiving a ninety (90) day warranty extension from ASUS for my feedback. Buying this computer is a win-win-win situation for any and every buyer.

Supplied with wrong version of software
Supplied with Win Home instead of Win Pro. Supplier has not responded to 2 requests for Win 10 Pro.
On boot Windows needs to do a disk repair regularly.
Would not buy from this supplier again.
