Purchased this product through Amazon/Computercentre. The laptop itself developed a bit of a problem and Computercentre were immensely helpful and supportive with their response. They gave every assistance possible to help me return the product to them, even when I stupidly forgot to put the power supply back in with the return, they told me not to worry. I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone and I will be using them again myself to re buy my replacement lap-top as they have been most reassuring.

The laptop is listed as 1920*1080
This is false. It runs at a maximum of 1366*768
This is not full HD and is false advertising. I have contacted the seller and await their response but assume they will now ask me to send it back.
PLEASE EDIT THE LISTING TO SHOW THE TRUE LOW RESOLUTION OF THE LAPTOP.
I am extremely disappointed with the false full HD written in the listing.
