On the 3rd use of the laptop, the battery no longer charges and I need to keep the power supply plugged in to use the laptop – essentially turning the laptop into a desktop.
I have now used the laptop for two weeks and the performance/ specs are as advertised.

Very clean case and keyboard wise.
Screen had a nick which along with a dead pixel would have proved too much ongoing.
Had the screen been ok I would definitely had kept it. Just luck of the draw.

I had received this laptop on Monday(21 Nov 22) night at 7:30 pm. When i switched on laptop, it was asking for UK keyboard selection, wifi configuration and got stopped in Network configuration. In Network configuration, it was showing the message of “Welcome to moodys.com” page and looking for sign in authentication and authorisation. I have attached the screen shot. I am talking with Laptop sellers technical team, I came to know from the technical team saying that issue is with Windows auto pilot and asked Microsoft to de-activate auto pilot, initially they had given a time frame of 2 days to resolve this issue, 2 days have completed at 2 pm today. Still issue is still not resolved.
