Very good refurbishment with Windows 11 Pro. Added advantage of being touchscreen. I bought it to download and practice certain tools and it is fit for purpose.
Not sure about “warranty” as when I called with an issue setting up(laptop had a warranty sticker from seller), Amazon transferred me to Dell who said as system was over 5years old I will need to pay for it. Not impressed by that and didn’t pay. Only other option was to return for a refund. Fortunately someone with me helped me sort it out and so I kept it. On that note, only buy refurbished if it’s not going to be your main system!

Purchased this from Amazon UK expecting that the laptop would have a U.K. keyboard.
There was no mention of the keyboard layout in the description and none of the pictures showed the keyboard.
Sadly, I received a unit with a U.S. layout keyboard.
