I have used a HP for years but it had started to fall apart it’s plastick is breaking down.
I did buy a replacement but could not do on it what I wanted
So I come into some funds and see this and ordered it. It not the thin style it’s more military style .
It does what I need for my posting of images that raise the funds for my charity of choice .

Purchased this laptop for my business so that I had a separate Windows OS to my Mac to use with MS Project (Apple’s are not compatible with MS Project Desktop App). Set up was really easy and laptop looks almost new with only a slight scuff near the left hand hinge on the inside.

It was a refurbished one. However the seller sent the laptop in unclean condition with dust all over the keyboard. Very disappointed to see where the seller does not do their bit and make profits. Suggest not buying from these chaps unless they improve.
Overall Pros: Good speed, memory and its a Pro version of the Windows 10 software
Cons: Screen is really poor quality as compared to modern day laptops.

Where to start? Pc looks new, everything is setup for you to begin enjoying the pc experience. Managed to transfer masses of data in a very short time. Super fast. Bonus was finding it was bluetooth enabled. Speakers aren’t great but earbuds take care of that issue. I linked it to a pro external mixer and the result was great. Very happy, great value for money. Plus quick delivery. What’s not to like…

The laptop stopped working after 3 months. It seems that the Amazon Renew Guarantee refund only applies for the first 28 days and not 1 year as shown. The 12 month guarantee is for parts and labour only. However, to return the laptop the customer is required to pay for postage using paypal either £25 or £35 depending on the level of insurance taken. I decided not to bother after not getting any help from Amazon customer services and decided to have the laptop repaired locally and found that the drive is a non branded, very cheap SSD and the battery doesn’t hold its charge.

came as described and works well and fast.
some yellow discolouration popped up on screen soon after purchasing but it doesn’t effect the quality. I just notice them when the screen is black.
it started off with one in the corner but now I have one in every corner. not sure if this has potential to get worse? or stay as is. it doesn’t effect watching anything so hope it stays like that
other than that, it feels and looks new.

Had my laptop delivery have several product issues with quality and a faulty speaker. However, the customer service team was stellar in sending me a replacement with an upgraded memory from 500mb to 1 TB less than a week.
The new PC it self is great quality, can hardly tell that it has been refurbished, would 100% recommend. The price for the quality is definitely worth it!

Firstly, for a used product – it is in great condition. Well cleaned and the ports showed no sign of dust.
Clean install of Win11 was easy to complete the setup.
Fast SSD hard disk and 16GB RAM is essential if you are like me and run more than 6 high resource apps at any one time.
I have plugged in a 3rd party USB-c ‘docking station’ which trickle charges the battery while also allowing me to hook up to 2 monitors and a number of other USB accessories. Coupled with the HDMI and VGA slots on the laptop, I could have another 2 screens.
It has not shown any signs of getting too hot to touch (like some Dells and HPs do).
My only gripe is the screen – it is a little ‘washed out’ colour-wise, but when you consider I use it only as a secondary screen and my monitors as my primary workspace, it is a small price to pay for a great laptop.
For the price, I would say this is a steal and would highly recommend it.
