This is a very low quality laptop. The keyboard is an American keyboard and doesn’t work properly.
Very poor customer service and when you send it back for a refund you need to pay around 20 pounds for postage delivery.

This laptop has one of the worst screens I have ever encountered. Even for this price range, the screen quality is unacceptable. As many other reviewers have mentioned, the colours are washed out. Everything looks dull and desaturated. Also, the viewing angles are atrocious, possibly the worst of any laptop I’ve ever owned. If you’re not viewing the screen at just the right angle, the image becomes unwatchable.
For any sort of photo editing, this is a no go, but even if you’re hoping to stream lots of videos and care about colour accuracy even a tiny bit, I would look elsewhere.
The speakers reach a nice loud volume, but when the visuals are this poor, it doesn’t really matter.
Plus, the battery life is poor — about 3.5 hours, nowhere near what is advertised.
I expected much better from HP, but I’ve had cheaper models from years ago that didn’t have these issues.

The media could not be loaded. The product is very good. Very impressive sound quality and a good picture. The storage is yet another impressive one and I could store loads of videos and pics in it.
Only Con: it doesn’t come with MS office to use basic Word and Excel, we need to buy this separately
