I realised after a week being very patient & giving this laptop chance to perform well it was most certainly not what I expected. I found it slow and the keyboard very tinny, only got what I paid for a cheaply put together laptop. Clunky central.
Returned it for a refund, Amazon as always were great, super efficient returns system.

This laptop might be fine for simple browsing on the internet but for anything else it just runs really slow and lags when typing.
I wanted to use it for video editing but this laptop doesn’t appear to be able to cope with the software and makes everything run ridiculously slow. Very disappointed but I guess you get what you pay for…

I can’t even write emails (or Amazon reviews) properly because this laptop is always freezing and I type faster than it can process so it doesn’t register random letters.
Even with all programs shut down except Microsoft Edge, once you have more than 4 or 5 tabs it starts freezing and crashing regularly.
Waste of money (even if it is only 200 quid), going to return it and save up for one with a better processing capability.
Only buy if you’re a boomer who types at 20 letters a minute and uses one tab at a time.
