TDP is locked at 15w which is not enough to power the CPU and igpu at the same time. Constantly power starved, even when there is plenty of thermal headroom.
HP have provided the most basic BIOS I have ever seen, so no chance to make any changes. I contacted HP support but they didn’t even understand why a user would ever want access to BIOS options.
Performs worse than my old 4300u laptop in light gaming due to the additional CPU cores further limiting power to the igpu.
HP, why can’t I change settings on a thing I bought? I’m even ok if this invalidates warranty.
