The first laptop I received had loads of stuck pixels so I am in the process of exchanging it for a new one. The new one arrived today. It also has some stuck pixels (pixels that are stuck in red, green or blue despite what’s on the screen). It has a lot less stuck pixels but that’s 2/2 that have the same problem. I am going to keep this laptop just because I got it on the prime sale and can live with a couple stuck pixels. But be aware of the issue if you are looking to buy this laptop.
There is a method to fix these stuck pixels if you Google JScreenFix. But the previous laptop had way too many stuck pixels for me to even bother with this.
Overall I would still rate this laptop a 7/10. If the stuck pixels can be fixed then 9/10.

What i found good gaming pc with a big flaw, meaning of you a full on gamer gaming hours, this system is going to be a problem. Charger over heat badly and shut down the charger stopping it charging while gaming force you to stop. Not found a work around yet.

This laptop does NOT come with a UK keyboard even when ordering from the UK. Most keys are like a UK keyboard but the Enter key is like a US keyboard, so you’re stuck with neither UK or US keyboard which is incredibly frustrating. Will make it difficult to write on it, accidentally hitting # instead of Enter all the time.

The media could not be loaded. Perfect laptop for its price. Good gaming experience very handy sturdy and overall good performance. Battery life is not amazing but not bad either. I am very happy with the purchase
