Great for what I need it for. Arrived really quickly and well packaged. Granddaughter set it up for me with no problems. Only downside I realised after setting up is that there is no camera therefore unable to take photos. Not the end of the world I suppose as I can still do this on my phone and transfer them to this device for safe keeping. Had I noticed this prior to buying though, I probably would’ve bought another model but as previously stated, it is good enough for what I need it for.

Only started to use this laptop, works well so far, it’s a plus that you can remove the tablet from the keyboard, you do need to make sure the tablet is connected correctly to the keyboard in order for the keyboard works as sometimes can loose connection.

After unpacking and leaving on charge for over 12 hours i ran through the initial start up. I noticed straight away that the touch screen was not very responsive and had to connect the keyboard to get through the start up sequence. After completing this i shut down the tablet and have not been able to restart it . The user guide is useless when trying to start up the tablet so i went to the web site and asked for a pdf version of the user guide in the hope that it would be more useful, i have not received any communication back from them and still have not been able to start up the tablet. I am currently waiting for a computer engineer to come and assist me. I will never buy a product from this manufacturer again
and if the engineer can not sort out this problem i will return it. Please do not buy this item from this manufacturer the product is below standard and customer service none existent.

It arrived quickly, and setup was straightforward with lots of DL’s to update Windows. As it only has an SSD with 64k more storage is essential. The port for additional storage ( storage,which I bought at the same time) does not work. The USBs etc do, so i use a 128k flash drive, a little awkward but it works. Other than that i would have given it 5 stars apart from the weight. It functions well as a laptop or tablet, and at this price level is very good value. it runs all the usual office stuff, and all my security software no problem as well as my old games. Don’t expect to run a any graphic intensive progs. Oh the track pad can be Meh, but there is a USB port in the keyboard for a mouse so all is well. Key board is not too bad and I can type reasonably quickly without error. All in all a good value purchase.

Nice laptop, good technical capacities, performs very well with Windows 10, easy to setup, but it doesn’t accept W11, make sure to select the 4 cores, as only 2 come active.
Great sound and image quality. Comes with a convenient thin silicone keyboard protective sheet. Screen attaches magnetically to keyboard, very easy to detach and use as tablet.
Very happy so far with the purchase.
