Good for watching Netflix or other streaming services. Confusing for writing though as some of the keys are mixed up, giving different results to what the keys state. ie the key marked 2 with ” on top turns out to be @ and not ” So it turns out the key marked @ is the ” instead. Confusing or what? also, there is no £ key but there is a $ key. The pound sign, shared with the number 3 key produces hashtag mark and not a pound, like this, # The @ key shared with the ‘ produces this- ” Are these faults across the range on all Lenovo laptops? It needs attention and an explanation. Buyer beware

I got the laptop few weeks ago and it was running very slowly, but I thought that’s the quality you get for this price. Yesterday it stopped working at all, the power button is blinking, doesn’t seem to be charging at all, doesn’t turn on at all. I’ve contacted the seller and no guidance/ troubleshooting was offered, was just told to contact Lenovo. I requested return, but it seems that I need to pay for postage which is disappointing considering I already paid for item that was supposed to be new and working and received defective item. So far lay £180 on this, all my data is inside and can’t even remove it. Worst experience I had on Amazon so far. I know is a budget laptop but you would still expect it to work for more than 1 month.

The package was sent the next day – installation was simple, even for a non-technical person. Just ran the updates once we had it on our wireless and it installed them all incredibly quickly, despite the price. The games we run on it (Minecraft + Among Us) run flawlessly (albeit, lower some settings in Minecraft). Other than that, perfect little laptop for our little lady!
