I bought one of these from this company just before Christmas. It was packed very securely with all the approriate labels. Opening it up ,it was immaculate I doubt if it had ever been used. I checked it, the only thing that could explain its source as renewed was that 2 switches that were part of the touch pad had red lines painted that were a bit haphazard. Thats it, Windows 11 perfect, everything else spot on and saved me hundreds of pounds best bargain I have ever had. I would not hesistate to buy from Microdream again but I would hesistate ever to pay full price for a laptop!

Despite description lid had two scratches that are certainly visible from more than 30cm away. Additionally, the keyboard is American, there is no UK pound sign key but a $ key instead. Not a deal breaker but certainly very annoying!

My previous laptop was super thin which looked great but the keyboard was not great being a bit sticky. This one is rather chunky in comparison but works very well. Keyboard is full size with the 14 inch screen. 13 inch screens have very slightly compressed keyboards.

The laptop arrived in perfect condition and worked brilliantly apart from one issue. Whenever I unplugged the charger the laptop’s internal battery only lasted a few minutes before shutting down. I contacted MicroDream who were very helpful and got me to send a battery report before agreeing to send a replacement internal battery. The laptop works much better now! Obviously I was disappointed initially but I was impressed with the Seller’s communication.

The laptop came without a charger. As this is dispatched by Amazon they advised I had to send the whole package back and get a refund so, keen to keep the laptop and minimise hassle, I purchased a charger at my own cost. Unfortunately though once the laptop has been charged the battery runs down in a matter of hours and I assume must be faulty. I have had to return the laptop therefore for a full refund. Disappointing as I have had some good laptops and computers on Renewed before.

An excellent laptop to replace my old one which had Intel Celeron. I work at home every day and this laptop is responsive & fast, and easy to use. I updated it to Windows 11 which was fairly easy too. Thanks so much.
