En términos generales, la computadora está en buenas condiciones. Sin embargo, el cargador llegó dañado y no pude cargar la computadora. Lo bueno fue que la pila estaba cargada al 95% y me pareció muy bien su desempeño.
Es una lástima que no consideren la revisión del cargador en sus protocolos. Use un cargador que ya tenía y verifique el buen funcionamiento de la batería. Por eso no la regrese.

Shipping took forever, but the PC was excellent!
So unfortunately, my shipment got lost in the mail and took forever to get to me (like around 3 weeks) and I ended up having to buy a different PC between ordering this one and receiving it. However, when it arrived, I couldn’t help myself but to open it up and take a look at it. It was in absolutely pristine condition and booted up quickly. The screen was flawless and it ran perfectly. Had I not already purchased a new one, I would have happily kept it.

The media could not be loaded. El embalaje llegó en perfectas condiciones, por ser una PC de uso, llegó con algunos detalles, de hecho la tapa trae una pegatina negra que la cubre totalmente, imagino para tapar detalles de uso, sin embargo, se ve muy bien. Todas las características técnicas coinciden con lo publicado, llegó en perfectas condiciones de uso. La recibí antes de la fecha. Se usará y pronto actualizaré está reseña.

No pude configurar la huella dactilar.
Y las bisagras están ligeramente duras.
Luego no alcanza a cerrar perfectamente.
Pero dentro de lo que cabe está bien.
También tuve que reinstalar el sistema operativo.
Porque al hacer el cambio del lenguaje, quedó con algunos errores.

Good product. But ….
I am very happy with the product itself. The device is fast, it came in really good condition (as new) and everything is working as expected. My only complain is that it comes with Windows 10 and Intel Core i7-7600U is not supported by Windows 11. So, customers buying this model cannot upgrade to Windows 11, and are stuck with Windows 10. Microsoft will remove support for Windows 10 in 2025. This is something that should be mentioned somewhere in the description of the product because this is important for customers in order to make a decision between this model or newer models that will support Windows 11.
