For me this is going to be perfect. I don’t use computers much and this is actually my first laptop as I have always used tablets and phones but I needed Windows for firmware updates on my gaming wheel. If you are used to Windows then it’s perfect. You get an update to 11 included. I did expect the screen to be a bit brighter. (my Samsung tablet seems to have a clearer screen and that is smaller). I got a separate mouse because I’m not really a fan of the little square section that you use with your finger but I guess that’s personal preference, it is certainly responsive enough though. You get plenty of connecting options and the battery life is more than enough for casual use with a cable that is plenty long enough to to plug in if you want to. Sound could have been slightly better but you can easily connect separate speakers if you wish. I guess it’s going to depend what you want to use it for. I don’t think it’s going to be a super fast gaming machine but that’s not what it’s intended for. It’s perfectly adequate for watching the odd TV show or music video in between working. As for looks its very sleek with a nice silver finish. I would definitely recommend going for as high a Ram as possible, I went for the 8gb and wouldn’t recommend going any lower or it’s likely to be slow. This one is acceptable at 8gb. My recommendation is to get as much ram as possible and less storage, you can always add that later if needed. All in all a very nice laptop.

It would not sychronise with sticky notes which is essential for me.
I had to send the laptop back at my cost, losing £10 in this transaction. Feeling quite bitter about that, and I was not offered compensation for this, which is a shame since the laptop was faulty.
