I purchased this Laptop in September 2023 but in March 2024 it would not boot. I contacted Amazon’s customer service via chat and was given a link to the seller. I have not had any response from them and tried to contact them by phone but no answer. What has made things worse that the Amazon representative promised me a call 5 days after initial contact but still waiting for his call. Very poor service after paying more than £500 for the laptop. Luckily I have now got the machine working through my own endeavours.

So big box arrived with Lenovo box inside containing laptop with big clear screen and thinner.a real improvement on the usual offerings. Accessories were just a charger, ok what else do you need? One page of feedback requested for an extra year warranty,again, fair deal. Where is the office 365 ?no idea. Yes the basic unit is good and capable. Hopes of any connections or information on accessing the promised software via downloading nowhere.
So it’s a great value machine just don’t expect the 365 software. Of course you can open your own one drive and get limited stuff from Microsoft for free. Maybe they mean that but everyone can get it it’s Microsoft. Leaving purchasers to start the machine and work it intuitively is a big ask and an assumption everyone is able when some simple start up information could be printed on the other side of their request for feedback. Ironic.
For all its value purchasers may well be back decades taking a day to set it up. Fortunately it has the power to have a few startup and launches going at the same time.

Lovely looking laptop. Easy to set up. It boots up very quickly. It comes with Windows 11 already installed and Office, although I’m not quite sure what version of office yet. It is very light and the colours on the screen are really crisp. I’ve not used the cam yet so I can’t comment on the quality of video calls but I have every faith it will be good if the rest of the product is anything to go by. It was very easy to set up my new Wi-Fi printer to connect with the laptop.

Bought this before Christmas as I needed a laptop. If felt cheap and plasticy for the price. This item was picked up on the 12th Jan for return. I6th of Feb i’m still waiting and it’s showing as still on the way back. The service is really disappointing and makes me think why didn’t I just use Curry’s. I would of bought a replacement from Amazon but after this I’m not sure I’d use them for expensive electrical goods again

So impressed by this purchase I immediately ordered a second for my son.
I bought this machine to replace an old laptop and hoping it would also replace my very old tower on my desk. Both are running WIN 10 Pro and Office Pro as well as being upgraded to the hilt. No further performance upgrades available.
This machine out-performs them both. Initially confused by stated 20Gb memory but investigation has revealed 4Gb inbuilt soldered memory and a 16GB card in expansion slot. Lenovo specification states a maximum of 16Gb and windows reports 17.5Gb useable.
Having transferred all my Office data I am well satisfied with my purchase at a very good price. Everything runs faster and smoother. Now starting to transfer my Photo and Video editing software and fully expecting this to run faster and without a hitch.

Had to return the item. It seemed okay at first, but the majority of the storage was on a secondary disk and that disk would suddenly disconnect at random times along with about 1TB of my files, projects and data. There was no way of troubleshooting or fixing it without voiding the warranty so I decided to return it for my money back

I have been using this laptop for a week+ now, and so far – touch wood – have no complaints or concerns.
Installed RAM, 24 GB (21 usable), Windows 11 Pro, all the Office suite – very nice!
The laptop is fast, I’ve installed VMware Workstation and run two Linux VMs (Centos) simutaneously (8GB of RAM each) without issue.
Video and sound all seem great (although I’m no expert in either).
The keyboard is nice, and I have no issues with the touch pad.
No complaints so far, and can state that I’ve gotten precisely what I was looking for, a mid-priced laptop to run Windows software, and do software development on VMs.
And no issues connecting external monitors, devices, etc .
