Excellent condition, not a mark on it. Keyboard, screen and case all unmarked. Windows 11 Pro fresh install from start up, specs as described including Thunderbolt (at least on the laptop I got). Battery seems good so far, battery health check reports no issues.
Came well packaged, works out of the box, great buy and very happy with it at a good price.

It isn’t touchscreen, but the screen quality stands out. Rugged construction and well designed as to be expected from Dell. A solid workhorse system. Nice keyboard and touchpad. HDMI output plus Thunderbolt, USB 3.1 x 3, Micro SD slot, plus standard 3.5 mm jack sound output. What really makes it stand out is the Intel CORE i7 8th Gen CPU. It runs most things like the proverbial rocket. I have other powerful systems for gaming such as an AMD Ryzen 7 with NVidia Geforce power house GPUs, etc. The Dell Latitude 5400 does not pretend to be a powerful gaming machine, but it runs 4K video with no problems. If you don’t want to play super hi resolution games and want it for office work and browsing the web, then it’s more than adequate.

Even though you see ”touchscreen” being advertised everywhere here, they do not have any more laptops with this feature. Ask them before you buy it because this is what happened to me. The laptop I received though is very good quality and it works very good so far, so I am very satisfied. I received a part refund for this mistake of theirs, but I still believe it was less than it should have been. I would recommend the product, but please ASK THEM IF THEY HAVE IT AS YOU SEE IT ADVERTISED BEFOREHAND, especially when you are in an urgent need of one. 4/5 for that!

Needed a solid laptop with standard features and great reliability. Corporate users are not wrong – Dell is a workhorse platform that should go on and on – even as a reconditioned device. The device itself works well, came installed with an OS with no issues, basic config applied and application software downloaded fine, all ports work, it links to my external dock and screens perfectly and has been working well since its arrival a month ago. The spec is very usable for the price.

Disappointed that the computer arrived with a power cord missing. Supplier rectified that in a few days. I should mark it down for that, but I won’t because at this price this is an extremely strong product. Contrary to other reviews, the touch screen DOES work and the quality is outstanding. It really was as good as new.
