Was rather sceptical purchasing a renewed laptop but I needn’t have worried. The laptop I received was as described and functions perfectly. I’m used to Surface products so know that the American keyboards have their hashtags and currency symbols in different places and it doesn’t take long to learn where they are – it certainly wouldn’t put me off of purchasing. I needed a little support from the seller who responded in a timely and professional manner to provide assistance. No complaints – wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again! Recommended.
