The adapters!
Took 2 weeks and a bit to receive via international shipping.
The laptop is great for heavy gaming(pubg), the cooling and airflow is pretty good.
You will need to plug the adapter to laptop til you hear a click sound (you need to push it in further than expected) and it needs to be connect parallel to laptop otherwise it struggles to click in.
I read the DOA reviews and I got scared when mine didnt turn on either but after re-plugging in everything (manual comes handy) it turned on.
In general, good product, happy with it.

Excelente equipo para jugar o trabajo diario. Es súper rápida y las presentaciones van de acuerdo al precio, la calidad de audio es su punto más flojo, no destaca e incluso es bastante inferior a otros modelos. La combinación del procesador y tarjeta gráfica le permiten correr la gran mayoría de juegos en gráficos altos, juegos más exigentes los corre sin problema aunque con gráficos medios – bajos

Can’t connect to mains power outside of USA
Loved everything in the Ad. Imagine my dismay upon opening the badly damaged ‘Amazon’ outer carton to find that inside that the computer was in it’s manufacturers carton and was much smaller than the outer carton. No form of impact protection or even some packing to ensure the smaller package would not be thrown around during transport to Australia from the USA (apparently). The outer carton arrived in such a poor state the delivery driver had trouble holding the casing together when handing same to me. All this I would have been able to stomach (after all, it does seem to be the new ‘normal’ for deliveries from Amazon), were it not for the fact I cannot plug the computer into mains power. This is because the plug supplied is of some bizarre configuration that bears no no resemblance to Australian A/C power outlets. This, despite the fact it was purchased from Australia with an Australian delivery address. So my question is, how do I charge this computer? Hopefully someone out there can supply an answer that does not involve any further expense on my part!

I have read the bad reviews and decided to go ahead and yes indeed, it “does not start” at all. Actually, u just need to press the adaptor hard enough to hear a click. Once done, u can run it on battery or charger. It will not turn on probably to save the battery life while on storage.
Shipping is amazing and very light, bright and powerful! Loving it but keeping my fingers crossed.

So far so good with the computer and upgraded to Gen 4 NVME SSD and 1TB HDD. Just take note that the RAM provided is 3200MHz and it will step down to 2933MHz. On the On/off button, a little patience is needed. Press and hold it for about 3 seconds, it will turn on. Just flipping it shortly will not turn it on. Guess this is to protect it from accidentally turning on the switch.

Got it on sale at a great price
Got it on sale and since it is updateable so I added all the extras and it has exceeded my expectations. I can play any game on it and have no problems at all with quality. One thing I’m not fond of is the key board can only be backlit in red, not changeable.

Comprado con Xiyi Electrónica (impuesto aduanero incluido) el 9 de diciembre y entregado el 23 de diciembre ya no pague ningun impuesto al llegar llego 1 dia antes de lo esperado, la caja por fuera poco dañada pero dentro viene su respectiva caja y bien empaquetado, lo único malo luego luego se quedan tus huellas marcadas ya lo demas al 100 se upgradeo a 16 de ram y 1 tb ssd m2 muy facil y rápido sin problemas

The POWER
My jaw dropped when I was going over the specs in this laptop while shopping for a new computer for the wife. The GPU was crazy, it had a decent size HD, everything about it jumped out as a steal. The first thing I asked was, “There HAS to be a catch somewhere in this computer. They HAD to have been cheap on SOMETHING to give this type of tech at this price.”
I’m here to tell you it’s the sound card. The built-in speakers are mediocre at best, and it operates with RealTek’s trash driver. Let’s just say using a headset (yes, with a built-in microphone,) will give you ENTIRELY too many headaches as you scour the internet just to find out it’s a common problem and that the only REAL workaround is to use a jack to USB adapter and plug your headset in that way.
So what’s the actual problem?
Plug in a headset. You adjust the settings for it to register as a headset, not headphones. Your bass goes out the window and all of your output sounds like it’s coming through blown speakers. Flat and boring. All of it.
Instead you set it as headphones. Now you have okay bass, but the only microphone you can use now is the internal on the laptop, which is usually not ideal for most people (because that means everyone will hear almost every noise you make and everything around you instead of just your voice.)
NOW, you’re seeing I rated this 5 stars even though I have this issue. Yes, you’re absolutely right. Even with the sound card being some trash ordered straight off of Wish, the rest of the laptop is amazing. This thing loads games up snappy fast, the graphics are gorgeous, the keyboard is responsive, no overheats, high FPS, I could go on and on about everything but the sound, which, as I said, can be worked around without much issue. I highly recommend this laptop for this price at the time of this posting ($1200.)

Sono sincero all’inizio ero un poco scettico sul fatto che questo computer poteva essere buono però mi devo ricredere , funziona benissimo e riesco quasi a giocare a tutti i giochi senza nessun problema , lo consiglio a tutti! Anche per il fatto del caricabatterie ero un pò pauroso che non si potesse caricare bene però alla fine basta fargli fare 2 scatti ed il computer si ricarica in me che non si dica , l’unica pecca potrebbe essere la durata della batteria!

This laptop is really bad having only 8 gb ddr4 ran so the laptop doesn’t run that well, also the fans are obnoxiously loud and if you turn them down you can barely play games, I would definitely not recommend and you should definitely get something better than a 3050 for almost £700. And just bear in mind, if you buy this product and having lots of issues with it, like I have now, the seller doesn’t reply at any claims, doesn’t do refund and I bought this laptop in November 2023, doesn’t have even a year. Avoid at all cost.
