This computer came on and set-up well, all the features are working. However, not sure why!! But it keeps going blank screen and I have to restart, this is causing me concerns as the internet is not down, not a lot of open windows, yet, it had gone blank 3 times since purchase in December……….

I bought this because I wanted a cheap laptop as a backup when travelling round with work
And it’s perfect for that. Very light. I only use it for simple office tasks – email, internet, spreadsheets etc. The screen lacks high end clarity but that’s why it was cheap and cheap is why I bought it.

This is the first time I have purchased a laptop from Amazon and the first time I have had to return one in over 20 years of owning them. It loaded up fine on first use and did all it had to do. Then came what should have been a simple task of using a browser for the first time and accessing emails etc. It immediately froze with Microsoft Edge not working at all. Accessing settings and all other functions was painfully slow and repeatedly locked up. Shutting down and restarting several times failed to resolve the issue.
This could be just a rogue PC and probably a software problem. However, it is not acceptable for a new laptop and I am in the process of returning it for a refund. Back to a local retailer from now on.
